OMG

There are 6 team members. We run two when there is nothing really going on and four when we have to. If we need to we can "bring in" others from other departments. We try to keep two trainees in the wings.
I have no trainee's. And I lost two this weekend. We had to bring one back from retirement, he was working as a communication expert for AT&T. Because the other departments are all understaffed.
I'm not bitching,but DAMN!!!!
